::Daphnes villas and apartments are self catered holiday houses for summer vacation: ten houses in different sizes sleeping 2-7 people.
:: The price ranges between 17-36 euro/person and day, depending on house and season.
:: Daphnes is situated just above Porto Roma beach on the Vassilikos peninsula of Zakynthos (Zante) island in Greece.
:: The houses are set in a large olive grove away from the road. A beautiful garden with lots of flowers surrounds the buildings emphasizing the over all atmosphere of peace and quiet.
:: There is a playground for the children and lots of space in the garden to put up your hammock, play boule or to move out the dinner table from the veranda for a lunch in the shade of an olive tree.
:: 100 metres down the road you will find Zakynthos' most relaxing little beach; Porto Roma. Within 100-300 metres from Daphnes villas and appartments, there is a mini market, three taverns, one coffee bar, car rental and also a small hotel with a swimming pool open for all.
:: Our season starts in the middle of May and ends in October. The temperature in Zakynthos ranges between 20-35 degrees and the water temperature between 18-30 degrees.
:: To get here charter flight directly from your country to Zakynthos is sometimes the easiest and cheapest way. Check it out with your Local Travel Agent!
::Regular flight from your country to Athens is another alternative. Then you take either domestic flight or bus to get from Athens to Zakynthos.
::Ferry boat from Venice, Ancona or Brindisi in Italy to Patras in Greece is the alternative for you who travel either by car or train. It takes about 20 hours with the Superfast Ferries from Venice or Ancona. Then there is a further hour drive by car or bus from Patras to Killini, from where the ferry boat takes you to Zakynthos town in 1 hour.
