This apartment is equipped with Satelite television with English speaking channels. There is a DVD and CD player as well as a PS2 gamestation with games. Good size fridge/ freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, grill and many other items such as cutlery and dishes.
It has A/C throughout, a large double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed with 2 chairs. 3 bar stools to sit at the granite counter top. There are built in closets in each bedroom with plenty of room.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath/shower with shower curtain.
There is a good size balcony with table/chairs and wicker furniture. You have a great view of the Red Sea that is only 700m away. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but strictly not in the apartment.
The complex has 5 swimming pools (1 heated), plenty of sunbeds and umbrella's for lounging around the pool. Theres a great pool bar operated by kim & Percie, where you can order refreshing drinks and basic hot and cold food. The complex office has internet service, basic food items and can assist you with booking trips. There is also an excellant taxi service that is very reliable and reasonable.
You will have access to a 5 star beach resort where you can enjoy all they have to offer for under £4 pounds per person. the fee includes transportation to and from, beach towels and a great spot on the beach as well as use of their amenities. Next door to the complex is a brand new 5 star hotel that offers restaurants, shops and a fantastic aqua park.
There are many things to do while in Sharm some of which are: diving/ snorkelling, shopping, dining out, horse and camel rides, water sports, several fantastic water parks, boat trips and excursions, quad bikes and go-karting, casino's and much more.
The apartment is only 5 hours flight from the U.K and ten minutes from Sharm International airport. We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport and taken directly to the apartment, the cost is approximately £15 to £20 pounds depending on the number of people in your group.
The cost of the apartment is £150 per week, we will consider shorter and longer periods depending on availability. There is also a fee for water and electric usage, this is metred and very reasonably priced. Average cost per week is usually £20 pounds or less but depends on A/C usage etc.
