The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
“The house is an old real Tuscan farm dating from around the XV century, rebuilt in the XVIII century
( when Pietro Leopoldo I di Lorena (of the Medici dynasty) set as a rule that all farmhouses had to be built following determined rules. The farmhouse was restored in 2001, and it still maintains the magic atmosphere of an old Tuscan farmhouse ( cotto floors, oak beams celings) . The place is simple, but we keep it pristine, and all the accommodations have everything our guests may need to be comfortable.

Our holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVIII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made Italy fashion brands of the Made in Italy, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G
