There are two bedrooms, the master having a double bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
The living room floor has just been newly tiled and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. TV and DVD player.
The villa is at the head of a quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
The swimming pool has just undergone a $75000 remodel and will look fantastic.
