When entering this stunning villa you will find a spacious kitchen area and a toilet at the end. Passing through the main hall there will be a large dining area on your right, the lounge area on your left and a staircase in the middle leading you to the top floor. Throughout all these areas you will find large glass doors that open wide into the private garden and pool areas outside. Upstairs you find the 3 rooms, one with ensuite bathroom as well as the main communal bathroom. While the master room has a double bed, the other two rooms have twin beds. The villa is located in the Athina Gardens development of 19 private villas, minutes away from the local beach and very close to the main strip of shops in Ayia Triada. Ayia Triada lies at the centre of the Famagusta region and is only a five minute drive from the historic town of Paralimni, while the larger and livelier towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just 10 minutes away by car. The area is home to a number of excellent beaches (all with the EC Blue Flag approval) and offers a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, mini-golf and even horse riding. In the evening, why not enjoy a typical Cypriot meal in one of the many local tavernas, or enjoy a great night out in a stylish bar or busy nightclub in Protaras. There is a bus stop right outside the development, although a taxi is also not expensive. |
